Itineraries
For efficient travel, a well-designed travel itinerary is increasingly indispensable nowadays. Whether it is a business trip with an accompanying programme or an educational trip, everything requires the necessary experience to have a clear idea about what places to visit and in what chronological order.Leave the trouble of ensuring your tour or preparing any trip to us. Based on consultations, we will design a programme that will precisely meet the needs and requirements of your clients. We also offer the services of experienced guides, knowledgeable of local conditions, and nature lovers, professionals who are interested in everything that concerns New Zealand. We have been preparing itineraries since 2001; we have prepared them for various target groups - ranging from enthusiastic travellers to businessmen, musicians and diplomats. In addition to our own rambles around New Zealand, we have travelled around the country many times as guides of individual travellers and groups.

We offer two versions of an itinerary:
1. An itinerary broken-down into individual items will provide a more detailed guidance; it is suitable for business trips as well as for an educational programme. The client will know where he or she will spend the next morning and evening. The itinerary, of course, includes the emergency "wet alternative" suggesting what to do and see in a pouring rain...
It contains the following:
- the detailed plan and schedule of the trip with time slots being divided into morning and afternoon
- wherever possible, "dry" and "wet" (indoor) alternatives are described in detail - however, in some areas, it is difficult to implement the wet alternative
- for most days, the approximate number of kilometres to be covered is stated; where necessary, we point out, for example, a longer period of drive (sinuous road, difficult terrain, etc.)
- detailed maps of those sections of the trip, which are worth stopping and seeing, with brief information on the locations
- a simple map of NZ or one of the islands with the route being marked in the map
2. A detailed itinerary is virtually broken down into hours. The perfect timing will be especially appreciated by travellers limited by time and with maximum demands placed on the efficiency of travel. A client will find it useful especially when moving from place to place for the purpose of business meetings.
It contains the following:
* a very detailed time schedule of the trip (a detailed description of the route with the number of km being indicated for each section of the route)
* you get everything like in Version 2
* in addition, you get a specific time schedule (precise timing)
The FICTITIOUS ITINERARY links will guide you to examples of the types of itineraries. Thanks to them you will get an approximate idea of what such an itinerary may look like, what data it contains and how it is composed. The texts and names have been made up so, please, take them as hyperboles and with a sense of humour! :)
Where necessary, we add detailed maps to an itinerary (free of charge).
For all types of itineraries, we book all related activities free of charge - a car, accommodation, a ferryboat, a flight ticket for a domestic flight, corporate and topic-specific tours or experience-oriented activities such as a flight in a helicopter or a fiord cruise...
