Dear Mrs & Mr Slíva!
We are sending you greetings from our home after thirty beautiful days in New Zealand. The credit for those magnificent 30 days is due to you. Once again, we thank you very much.
It was not until when we were in NZ that we appreciated your assistance in ensuring the itinerary and accommodation. We have not had such an easy-going vacation for a long time. Although there are a lot of beautiful places in NZ, you chose the most interesting and beautiful ones. We think that your services were absolutely perfect. Although we communicated with you mainly via e-mail, our questions were always answered accurately and in time. The advice and detailed information that we had received from you before departing from the Czech Republic enabled us to check out at the NZ airport without any problems after our arrival as well as to rent a car and to get accommodation. Throughout our stay, we followed the itinerary and we have satisfied ourselves several times that your notes indicated your accurate knowledge of the recommended location. For example: "Description of access route to beaches - in this place, we did not expect at all that a hole in the bush could be the right way to a wonderful beach" or "what equipment one should have to protect oneself from the unpleasant sandflies" and a number of other amazing tips provided by you.
